June 24, 1920: "Fobrick & Welch of Medford, have purchased the sawmill equipment of Rhodes & Cotteral at Beagle in the Gold Hill district and are removing it to Phoenix, where they operate on timber from Rogue river and the Siskiyou mountains south of Ashland.
