March 17, 1914: "I will sell my mill known as the Yellow Fir Saw Mill, consisting of two boilers 48 inches by 14 ft.; one Atlas engine 16x24 double Mill carrier; 2 56 inch saws; good edger cutoff saw; 1 14 inch Berlin Flooring machine; 1 Donkey engine; 120 acres land; about 6 million ft. of timber.
