November 4, 1904: "W. B. Jameson has recently succeeded T. A. Leeper as manager of the Wilson-Case Lumber Company business at Rainier. Mr. Jameson has been connected with Willard Case's Lumber Company of St. Louis for some time and comes to Rainier to represent both companies." (The Columbia Register)
April 28, 1905: "The Wilson-Case Lumber Company, Rainier shipped to Milwaukee, Wis., during the month four cars of 6x16 dressed timbers 22 feet long, clear. It would have been difficult to find handsomer stock anywhere. The company also shipped a 400,000 foot cargo to San Francisco. When its present timber shall have been all logged off, which will take several years, it is probable that the mill will be dismantled and the machinery installed in a new mill on the side of the mountain directly opposite the present location." January 12, 1906: "W. B. Jamison, manager of the Wilson Case Lumber Co., and family returned to Rainier, after an absence of several weeks. Mr. Jamison visited St. Louis on business relating to the company, while his wife and little daughter, during his absence stayed with friends in Portland." (The Columbia Register)
February 2, 1906: "The Wilson-Case Lumber Company has moved its office into a room up stairs in the new Bank Building but the principal part of the office work will be transacted in the office at the Company's Mill, three miles out of town."
