August 1925: "Swan Lake Moulding Co. has a retail yard in Klamath Falls and produces some moulding. Arthur D. Collier is manager, and has been in business about a year. A new two-story office building, 20x30 feet, has been completed." (The Timberman)
January 9, 1930: "To care for their rapidly increasing business, the Swan Lake Moulding company has started construction on a new office building, located adjacent to the one which they now occupy on South Sixth street, according to a report given by the president of the concern, Alfred D. Collier.
The new office building will be 30 x 40 in size and will cost approximately $8,000 when completed, Mr. Collier stated. It is planned to occupy the building by early spring." (The Klamath News)

April 5, 1930: "A. D. Collier, president of the Swan Lake Moulding company, announced that salesmen from the outside territories state that conditions are slowly improving in the building line and that an increase in orders is expected.
The Swan Lake company has completed a new office showing an example of what can be done in the building line in the use of wood.
