April 15, 1890: “O. P. Graham has sold all his fishing interests on the Columbia river and will commence the erection of a large saw mill at Warrenton.” (The Morning Astorian)
November 1899: “The Warrenton mill keeps running steadily, and is turning out about 15,000 feet per day. C. F. Lester has developed into a first class mill man. A dry kiln and a box factory will be added this winter to the plant.” (The Columbia River and Oregon Timberman)
