April 19, 1906: “A new saw mill is being erected one-half mile above Keno by Mr. Kenney who expects to begin sawing in a short time. New houses will soon be under construction.” (Klamath Republican)
July 5, 1906: “The Keno Lumber company is doing a good business cutting lumber. They have also been putting up a cook house and dwelling house near the mill. Other buildings will be erected in the near future.” (Klamath Republican)
