NORTH COAST LUMBER COMPANY
Josephine County - Bridgeview Road
December 4, 1941: "After several days negotiating, C. G. Slack last week, sold to the North Coast Lumber company, the Fulk Lumber Mill on the Bridgeview road. The mill had recently been operated under lease by the Fleishman Lumber company, with three other mills in the valley.
The North Coast Lumber company was represented by W. L. Benton, Monte F. Tatum, and Jack Galland. The mill started operations today, so we have been informed. New machinery has been installed and it was said that the mill will be one of the most up-to-date in the county and will use the most modern methods of lumbering." (Illinois Valley News)
